Basic Service Definition
      This independent online service provides universal cross-border transaction connection and user interactive services, applicable to all types of commodity and service trading scenarios without category limitation. All service contents are independently developed and operated by the service provider, serving the legitimate cross-border transaction demands of global users. Users confirm that they voluntarily accept all service constraints when activating and using the service.
User Rights & Obligations
      Users have the right to enjoy all open service functions provided by the system, independently complete transaction matching, information consultation, order management and other operations, and put forward service optimization suggestions to the service provider. Meanwhile, users shall undertake the obligation of standardized use, shall not use the service for any improper or illegal purposes, and shall be independently responsible for all personal operation results. The service provider will try its best to respond to user legitimate demands and suggestions in a timely manner.
Service Operation Rules
      The service provider will try its best to maintain daily normal operation of the service, carry out regular system detection and maintenance, and optimize service functions according to actual user demands. In case of necessary system upgrade, function adjustment and service optimization, the service provider will try its best to inform users in advance through interface prompts and other forms. Temporary service fluctuations caused by maintenance and iteration are normal service adjustment phenomena.
Risk & Liability Specification
      Users shall fully recognize the inherent risks of online network services, and the service provider will try its best to reduce service risks through technical means and rule constraints. The service provider is not responsible for personal decision-making errors, user subjective losses, and service abnormalities caused by external uncontrollable factors. Any violation of service rules by users that causes losses to the service platform or third parties shall be compensated by the user independently.
Agreement Validity
      These terms take effect automatically when users start to use the service. The service provider has the right to adjust individual terms according to actual operation conditions, and the updated terms will prevail after being publicly displayed. If users continue to use the service after the terms are updated, it will be deemed as acceptance of the new agreement contents.
